Nic Carter supports X revoking InfoFi app's API access
Show original
Castle Island Ventures co-founder Nic Carter posted on X, stating that platforms like Kaito, which combine incentivized posting with AI-generated large amounts of low-quality content, are affecting the grassroots fun of crypto Twitter debates. He pointed out that the industry's growth focus has shifted to stablecoins and financial infrastructure, leading to a decline in retail investor enthusiasm. In addition, the "de-niche" design of the X platform has weakened the chances for professional crypto content to be recommended. Nic Carter stated that X has revoked API access for the "InfoFi" application to reduce spam content, and he expressed his support for this move.
