DigitalOcean, a NYSE-listed company, announces issuance of convertible senior notes to raise $550 million
According to ChainCatcher, citing Businesswire, NYSE-listed company DigitalOcean has announced the issuance of convertible senior notes to qualified institutional buyers, raising $550 million.
DigitalOcean is a US-based cloud infrastructure provider that offers virtual private servers for software developers and hosts a portion of Ethereum nodes. Previously, in 2020, it secured $50 million in funding with participation from a16z.
