According to ChainCatcher, as reported by Bitcoin Laws, the Wisconsin State Senate in the United States has introduced a new bill, SB 386, which proposes that all Bitcoin ATMs must fully implement identity verification (KYC). Transactions would require the presentation of identification, with a single transaction limit set at $1,000, and additional personal information would need to be collected to strengthen regulatory oversight.
