Industry insiders believe that the combination of policy liberalization, significant efficiency gains, and strategic positioning is driving market optimism toward the stablecoin sector. In particular, the Hong Kong "Stablecoin Ordinance," which will officially take effect on August 1, is the world's first comprehensive regulatory framework specifically targeting fiat-backed stablecoins.
