On January 22, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that the DOGE ETF and TRUMP ETF applications submitted by Rex are based on the 1940 Act, which manages assets and derivative portfolio funds.
If the application is not rejected, these ETFs can enjoy a simplified review process of 75 days and may be listed as early as April.
In contrast, XRP and Solana ETFs need to follow Rule 19b-4 filing rules, requiring a review process of 240 days.
