On January 15, the unadjusted CPI annual rate in the United States for December rose to 2.9%, rebounding for the third consecutive month and reaching a new high since July 2024, in line with market expectations. The previous value was 2.7%. In addition, the unadjusted core CPI annual rate for December in the United States recorded at 3.2%, marking a new low since August 2024, with market expectations remaining steady at 3.3%.
