Starknet said in a post that although STRK staking is scheduled for November 26, the STRK staking contract will be deployed on the mainnet 30 hours to 2 days in advance. It said that to become a validator, you must have at least 20,000 STRK tokens and run a full node, and both validators and delegators will be subject to a 21-day unstaking lock-up period.
