Analysis: US inflation is expected to remain above the Fed's target for months
LPL Financial's Jeffrey Roach said it is too early to consider the fight against inflation "mission accomplished". He expects US PCE inflation for July, which will be released on Friday, to remain around 2.5%. "The risks remain. I think the data will hover around 2.5% in the coming months."
