According to Aftermath Monitor, a new address was recently created in the wake of the WBTC custody change fiasco and hoarded 1,605 WBTC worth approximately $94.62 million in three days.
On August 11, BitGo announced the creation of a joint venture with BiT Global to transfer WBTC to a new jurisdiction for escrow, triggering some protocols and institutions to stop using WBTC due to the potential risks. the following day, the address began withdrawing large amounts of WBTC from CEX, with a cumulative average withdrawal price of $58,920 USD.
