After the release of US CPI data, traders have lowered their expectations for a Federal Reserve rate cut. In addition, interest rate traders have reduced their bets on a 50 basis point cut at the Fed's September meeting, expecting about a 33 basis point cut instead of yesterday's expected 37 basis points.
