The three major U.S. stock indexes closed collectively higher, the Dow rose 1.76%, the Nasdaq rose 2.87%, and the S&P 500 rose 2.3% to record the largest one-day gain since November 2022. Large technology stocks rose, Nvidia rose more than 6%, Meta rose more than 4%, Tesla rose more than 3%, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Google rose more than 1%.
