According to Lookonchain monitoring, an hour ago, a whale withdrew 30,000 ETH ($101.7 million) from CEX and deposited 20,000 ETH ($67.8 million) into Spark. Then borrowed 34 million DAI from Spark, exchanged it for 34 million USDC, and deposited it into CEX. He currently has 30,151 ETH ($102.33 million) in Spark and has lent out 52 million DAI with a health rate of 1.63.
