Bloomberg analyst: VanEck’s Solana Trust application is just an S-1 filing, and the deadline cannot be determined
Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated on X platform that there is currently no deadline for the Solana Trust application file submitted by asset management firm VanEck to the US SEC because the file is currently only an S-1 file. I have not yet seen the 19b-4 file, which would let us know the deadline. If they submit the 19b-4 file today, the deadline will be around mid-March 2025.
