After Uniswap Labs increased its exchange fees, its frontend revenue exceeded $145,000 per day
In mid-April, Uniswap Labs increased its interface exchange fee from 0.15% to 0.25%, a rate applicable to most swaps executed through the Uniswap network interface and wallet. Although the fee increase has impacted the popularity of the Uniswap interface, in April, DEX activity on the Uniswap frontend dropped from 35.8% in March to 30%. However, the frontend is still helping Uniswap Labs bolster its funds; since the fee hike, developers have been earning over $145,000 per day from Ethereum's frontend.
