Nigeria’s Federal High Court postpones Binance tax evasion trial to May 17
Emeka Nwite, a judge of the Federal High Court in Nigeria, stated that the trial of Binance's tax evasion case has been postponed to May 17th. This is the second time that the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has postponed the trial of Binance's tax evasion case. Previously, the trial was postponed on April 4th because FIRS failed to serve a summons to Gambaryan before the trial as required.
