A whale/institution withdrew 15,281 ETH from CEX in the past half hour, equivalent to approximately US$49.75 million
PANews reported on April 15 that according to on-chain analyst Ember Monitoring, a whale/institution withdrew 15,281 ETH (approximately $49.75 million) from Binance and OKX in the past half hour. He previously transferred 90.64 million USDT to Binance on 1/19. These ETH may have been bought at the bottom in recent days.
