Aavegotchi will launch a Layer 3 rollup using Base settlement in the second quarter
According to a report from The Block, Aave's ecosystem NFT game Aavegotchi will launch Layer 3 rollup Gotchichain focused on blockchain games in the second quarter. Gotchichain was initially developed using Polygon's software package and will use Base as its settlement layer.
Aavegotchi may also explore using the Optimism stack with Gotchichain to further expand and extend its ecosystem.
