The three major U.S. stock indexes opened higher together
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.28% at the opening, the Nasdaq Composite Index rose 0.44%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.32%. Leading technology stocks saw gains with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) rising by 1.92%, Nvidia rising by 1.54%, and Qualcomm rising by 1.36%.
