Valkyrie files Bitcoin spot ETF S-1 update filing
Valkyrie submitted an update file for its Bitcoin spot ETFs-1, with the fee standard remaining at 0.8%. It is reported that the SEC requires ETF issuers to submit an S-1 amendment before 8am local time today.
