What are the minimum system requirements for using MT5?
To ensure MetaTrader 5 runs smoothly, your system must meet the following requirements:

Windows: Windows 7 or later

CPU: 2.0 GHz or faster

RAM: Minimum 512 MB (1GB recommended)

Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher

Internet connection: 56 kbps or faster

Does TradFi (MT5) support sub-accounts?
No. MT5 does not support sub-accounts. Only your main Bitget account can activate a TradFi (MT5) account.
How can I find my TradFi (MT5) login ID?
Your MT5 login username and password are different from your Bitget account credentials. After successfully activating your MT5 account, a pop-up window will appear displaying your login details.
How can I change the language display in MT5?
After logging in to the MT5 terminal, click the
View menu, select
Languages, and choose your preferred language from the list.
A dialog box will prompt you to restart the terminal. Click
Restart, and the new language will take effect when the MT5 client restarts.
What time zone does MT5 use? Can I change it?
By default, Bitget MT5 displays all times in UTC+2. This setting cannot be changed. During daylight saving time, the system automatically shifts to UTC+3.

Are there any margin requirements when trading on MT5?
Yes. Different futures on Bitget MT5 have different leverage and margin ratios configured by Bitget. The maximum leverage is up to 500x.
How are CFDs (Contracts for Difference) settled on TradFi (MT5)?
All CFD products are settled in USD, while deposits are made in USDT. During CFD trading, the system automatically exchanges between USDT and USD.
What is the leverage on Bitget MT5?
Each futures on Bitget MT5 has its own default leverage setting. You can find details for each futures and its leverage in the MT5 contract specifications.
Can I change the leverage setting on Bitget MT5?
No. Users cannot manually adjust leverage in Bitget MT5. Each futures has a fixed default leverage level that cannot be modified.
Can I trade in hedging mode?
Yes. Bitget MT5 allows trading in hedging mode. With this feature, you can open multiple independent positions on the same instrument, both long (buy) and short (sell). Each position is displayed as a separate line in the
Positions tab, giving you flexibility to build more complex strategies. For example, you could open a long position to profit from rising prices while also holding a short position to hedge against potential downside risk.
Can I adjust the negative balance of my MT5 account?
No. Negative balances are automatically reset to zero. Users cannot make manual adjustments.
