Telegram Founder: Telegram Reaches Cooperation with xAI, Receives $300 Million in Cash and Equity from xAI
Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, stated on social media that Telegram has reached a one-year cooperation agreement with xAI to distribute Grok to Telegram's over one billion users and integrate it into the Telegram app.
Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI and will obtain 50% of the subscription revenue from xAI sold through Telegram.
