Circle acquires USYC publisher Hashnote
Circle has acquired Hashnote, the issuer of USYC, with a total market value of USD 1.3 billion. Circle also announced an agreement with DRW's cryptocurrency trading company and market maker Cumberland to provide liquidity and facilitate settlement for USDC and USYC. This partnership aims to expand USYC as a form of collateral for trading and custody platforms.
