The chart also shows a bearish pennant, which is a short-term pattern that often leads to more selling. Because of these signals, there’s a real chance that PEPE could break lower again. If that happens, the next target might be the year-to-date low around $0.000002797. Overall, while whales buying is a good sign, the technical picture remains weak, and the downtrend hasn’t reversed yet.
